'JWD' was one of two contractors recommended to me by the architect who designed the extension and drew up the plans. I chose James because of his professional and knowledgeable response to the plans and his detailed estimate,which was clear and coherent. His personality was also another reason. James was professional but also approachable and engaging, which gave me confidence in his abilities.
